Using the platform for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
Attempting to reverse-engineer or exploit any part of the platform.
3. Services Provided
Zaiko provides AI-powered invoice scanning services tailored for businesses in the grocery industry.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and reliability of our services, but we do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted access.
4. Licensing and Multi-Store Usage
Single-Store License:
Each subscription or license is intended for use by one individual store.
Prohibited Multi-Store Use:
If we find that your account is being used for multiple stores without authorization, you will be required to pay for the additional usage at our standard rates.
Compliance Monitoring:
Zaiko reserves the right to monitor usage to ensure compliance with this clause.
5. Fees and PaymentsSubscription Plans:
Access to Zaiko may require a subscription or service fee. Details of applicable fees are provided during the sign-up process.
Third-Party Payment Processor:
Payment transactions are handled by a secure third-party processor. Zaiko does not store payment information on its servers.
Non-Refundable Fees:
